Cancellation Policy

At Service Ghar Pe, we strive to provide the best service experience. However, we understand that plans can change. Below is our detailed cancellation policy:

  1. Cancellation Before Service Boy is Assigned: If you cancel your order before a service boy is assigned, you will receive a 100% Full Refund with no cancellation fees (₹0 charge).
  2. Cancellation After Service Boy is Assigned: A flat cancellation fee of ₹49 is applicable for every cancellation request initiated by the customer after a service boy has been assigned.
  3. Refund Calculation: If a fee applies, the refund amount is calculated as: Refund = (Amount Paid for the Service) - (₹49 Cancellation Charge).
  4. Service Rejection by Provider/Admin: If your order is rejected or cancelled by the assigned service boy, vendor, or admin due to unavailability or other reasons, you will receive a 100% Full Refund with no cancellation charges applied.
  5. Partial & Entire Cancellation: If you have multiple services in a single order, you can cancel them individually. The ₹49 cancellation charge applies to each customer-initiated cancellation request. Cancelling the entire booking will cancel all individual service items together under these same rules.
  6. Refund Mode:
    • Refunds for payments made via online gateways (Razorpay) will be processed back to the original payment source whenever possible.
    • If a Razorpay refund is not possible, or if the payment was made via Wallet, the refund will be credited to your Service Ghar Pe Wallet.
  7. Timeline: Refunds to your wallet are processed immediately. Razorpay refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your original payment source.
